Zombie Cats have a brand new LP ‘Tech Dreams’ out on Dispatch next week (Beatport – 28/4/23 general release). It’s a lush blend of golden era techstep, cutting edge modern drum and bass and swirling, metallic beauty. We caught up with the pair to discuss their musical heritage prior to Zombie Cats, how they operate on different continents and time zones and what they do in their spare time.

Phidippus is from Denver, Colorado. He has been creating music for almost all of his life and for the last 30 or so of his 48 years has been making genre bending DNB and bass music. The Breakbeat Awards is a wicked on-line event that gives credit to people involved in many different areas of the Twitch DNB community. We work closely with them and have managed to catch up with a few of the winners of 2022 to hear what they have to say, including DNB legend John B!!!
