One thing we are ultra committed to here at INSIDE DNB is pushing as many new artists and producers as possible, because if the young ones aren’t coming through, the new ideas stop and the scene wilts. Nobody wants that. So in our bid to expose as much new talent as possible, we bring you 16 year old Jenks, talking about his latest tunes and his young but flourishing career in drum and bass!
Sammie Hall has become a regular voice on many, many DNB tracks over the years. She has a beautiful voice that soars effortlessly over any type of style put before her, and there’s little wonder that she’s always in demand for her vocal abilities. Here’s a little bit about her history and what being a singer really means to her.

While MC’s were starting to vocalise their magic across the very early offerings of breakbeat culture in ’89 and ’90, it wasn’t until ’91 and ’92 that these essential entertainers really started to make their mark as separate entities within the rave scene. One of the first to really become a household name was MC Conrad, who worked almost exclusively with LTJ Bukem in the early years, creating a duo that some argue has never been paralleled. Moving on to the 2020’s and here he is, still MC’ing, still entertaining, but also now venturing into running a label.
