While MC’s were starting to vocalise their magic across the very early offerings of breakbeat culture in ’89 and ’90, it wasn’t until ’91 and ’92 that these essential entertainers really started to make their mark as separate entities within the rave scene. One of the first to really become a household name was MC Conrad, who worked almost exclusively with LTJ Bukem in the early years, creating a duo that some argue has never been paralleled. Moving on to the 2020’s and here he is, still MC’ing, still entertaining, but also now venturing into running a label.
